Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing technical programs in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including sprints and releases.
• Proficient in data analysis and metric tracking to identify risks.
• Excellent collaboration skills with global engineering teams.
• Ability to make informed decisions on complex issues independently.
• Experience delivering executive presentations and reports.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
