Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex programs for utility, government, and institutional clients. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure delivery excellence, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff and aligning work with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams
• Experience managing budgets and client communications
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies
• Ability to coach and mentor project staff
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and PM tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale programs and client engagements from initiation to closeout
• Ensure alignment with SOPs, contractual requirements, regulatory obligations, and priorities
• Monitor milestones, schedules, objectives, and deliverables
• Drive accountability for outcomes and client satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across workstreams
• Develop program strategies, annual plans, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Guide cross-functional teams and ensure quality documentation and delivery
