Qualifications

• 8-12 years of overall engineering experience.
• Strong experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Hands-on system design, cloud-native architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or product-led environments.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and delivery.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, payments, trading, lending, insurance, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.
