Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/SE or related field.
7+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of technical leadership or management experience.
Experience delivering enterprise software solutions with an AI-first mindset.
Strong understanding of architecture, SDLC, Agile, and engineering best practices.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
Partner with Product Management to set priorities, roadmaps, and delivery commitments.
Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and quality expectations.
Monitor capacity, sprint execution, delivery metrics, and operational health.
Remove blockers and address risks impacting delivery timelines.
Guide architectural and technical decision-making within the team.
Promote best practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Collaborate on modernization and platform strategies.
