Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of a high visibility migration from planning through to execution.
• Set clear delivery plans, give regular progress updates, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
• Line manage five engineers, running 1:1s, supporting their development and building a team that delivers with ownership.
• Contribute hands on across a Java back end, and play a key role in architecture and design decisions for the new platform.
