Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in team management and mentoring diverse engineering teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in designing high-performance, concurrent applications; Golang a plus.
• Strong communication and OKR-based objective setting.
• Experience with distributed systems and complex software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, setting clear goals and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee software project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Contribute to codebases, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Define and drive technical direction, adopting emerging technologies to improve scalability.
• Foster engineering excellence by enforcing standards and test automation.
• Promote collaboration and clear communication within the team and with cross-functional partners.
• Engage with stakeholders, sharing progress and delivery outcomes.
• Coach engineers technically and professionally to grow autonomous contributors.
• Build a high-performing, agile, self-organizing team delivering stable features.
