Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager for Partner Integrations to lead the engineering function responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade integrations. You will own the roadmap, reliability, and release quality of production-grade integrations while coordinating with platform, product, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong attention to API dependencies, versioning, and change management to keep integrations stable as upstream systems evolve.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or security contexts.
Hands-on familiarity with APIs of enterprise security platforms like EDR and SIEM.
Proven track record of shipping reliable integration products for enterprise use.
Experience managing external API dependencies and operational overhead.
Ability to define and execute a prioritized roadmap based on customer and partner needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the Partner Integrations team to ensure high-quality integration delivery.
Own the roadmap for integration products and prioritize work based on customer and partner needs.
Oversee the reliability and versioning of production-grade integrations.
Define API contracts with the Integrations Platform team to support seamless integration.
Monitor upstream API changes and manage breaking changes effectively.
Build and oversee the certification process for integration releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration efforts with customer demands.
