Action1 is seeking a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our platform and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine leadership with hands-on technical work to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit customer workflows.

You will guide design and development, own automated pipelines, and drive reliability, performance, and observability across distributed integrations while working with Product Management to prioritize

Formación

• Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery and operation of production systems.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data consistency, and failure recovery.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, aggregation and query performance.
• Experience with secure authentication and authorization for integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align engineering with product priorities.
• Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and feedback.
• Own delivery outcomes within scope, provide estimates, and manage capacity and priorities.
• Delegate ownership to engineers and team leads as the team grows.
• Define priorities with Product Management and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of integrations and an Integrations Store.
• Ensure data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems; manage authentication and secure credentials.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and recover from integration failures; guide cross-cutting architecture decisions.
• Establish reusable integration patterns for retries, rate limits, and API version changes.
