Job summary

Lattice is seeking an Engineering Manager to scale the Integrations team, shipping third-party integrations, building reusable platform capabilities, and creating operating playbooks. You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional alignment with Product, TPM, GTM, and external partners, and own end-to-end delivery from prioritization to launch.

You will lead high-autonomy, ambiguous work while delivering measurable outcomes and helping the team ship innovative integrations for customers

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrations, API platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams.
• Proven record shipping and operating third-party integrations with partner dependencies and API reliability.
• Strong people leadership with growth, promotion, and underperformance coaching.
• Clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, quality, and cross-functional decisions.
• Effective cross-functional partner to Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation.
• Create reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes to speed up future integrations.
• Mentor engineers, promoting technical growth and aligning development with team goals.
• Drive continuous improvement for engineering craft and processes.
• Ensure a delightful, reliable customer experience globally while enabling rapid development.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to build new customer-facing products and improve existing ones.
• Represent the team to the wider org and ensure recognition for successes while owning failures.
