You will partner with product, design, operations and executives to align technical strategies with business goals, recruit and mentor engineers, and uphold rigorous security and reliability standards. Proficiency in Python and Django, REST, and distributed systems is essential for delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Django REST Framework skills.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-scale web apps.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Security and data integrity focus.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align engineering and product objectives for enterprise clients.
• Translate business objectives into multi-year product roadmaps and technical specifications.
• Orchestrate the architectural vision and technical recruitment strategy for scaling the engineering function.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality, scalability, and security.
