Job summary

Lattice is seeking an Engineering Manager to scale the Integrations team, delivering third-party integrations and reusable platform patterns. The role emphasizes coaching engineers, building operating playbooks, and ensuring reliable, scalable integrations across the globe.

You will partner with Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable outcomes while supporting a high-autonomy, high-impact culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years directly managing software engineers.
• Experience leading integrations, API/developer platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams.
• Shipping and operating third-party integrations with partner dependencies and API reliability.
• Strong people leadership and growth/promotion coaching.
• Ability to align technical strategy with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation.
• Create reusable playbooks and processes to accelerate future integrations.
• Mentor and coach engineers towards growth and alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for customers while maintaining rapid development pace.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to build customer-facing products and improve existing ones.
• Represent the team to the broader organization and secure recognition for successes.
