Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager for Partner Integrations to lead the engineering function responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade integrations. You will own the roadmap, reliability, and release quality of production-grade integrations while coordinating with platform, product, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong attention to API dependencies, versioning, and change management to keep integrations stable as upstream systems evolve.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or security contexts.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs of enterprise security platforms like EDR and SIEM.
• Proven track record of shipping reliable integration products for enterprise use.
• Experience managing external API dependencies and operational overhead.
• Ability to define and execute a prioritized roadmap based on customer and partner needs.

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Partner Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.
This role will lead the engineering function responsible for building and maintaining high-quality integrations that support enterprise customers and partner ecosystems. You will own the roadmap, reliability, and release quality of production-grade integrations while working closely with platform, product, and cross-functional teams. The position also requires strong attention to API dependencies, versioning, and change management to keep integrations stable as upstream systems evolve.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $225,250 - $265,000 annually
