Job summary

FullEnrich is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of up to ten engineers across backend, frontend, and data. You’ll own people development, performance, and delivery, translating product priorities into clear engineering objectives and roadmaps.

Working closely with Product, Design, and leadership, you’ll shape squad structure, establish scalable ways of working, and foster a culture of excellence as the team grows toward 25 engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong people management and hiring experience.
• Ability to translate product priorities into engineering objectives and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Own team health, engagement, and retention, addressing challenges.
• Define requirements and participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Translate product priorities into clear engineering objectives, roadmaps and milestones.
• Establish scalable processes and collaborate with Product, Design, and leadership.
