Medify, a UK-based remote-first tech company, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers. You will work with the CTO, Product and Design to shape technical direction and deliver high-quality software.

This hands-on leadership role requires at least 2+ years managing software teams and 5+ years in development, with Rails/React experience; you will balance architecture and coding while promoting engineering excellence in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
• 5+ years experience in software development.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring and developing engineers.
