Job summary

FullEnrich is seeking an engineering manager to lead and develop a team of up to ten engineers across backend, frontend, and data. You will own hiring, onboarding, delivery, and engineering processes to drive performance.

As we scale to 25 engineers, you will shape squad structure, partner with Product and engineering leadership to align priorities and drive outcomes. FullEnrich orchestrates 20+ data sources to provide waterfall enrichment for sales and GTM teams, with a culture of speed,
