Qualifications

• Experience with compensation programs and incentives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent initiatives across career development, leadership growth, AI-driven People practices, and compensation programs.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams through organizational change.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to redesign talent processes for AI-native scaling.
• Champion equity and stock option programs where applicable.
