Pragmatike is recruiting an experienced Engineering Manager for a fully remote, 3-month renewable consulting mission with an ASAP start. You will own the engineering function and align it with product and business priorities.

This role blends people leadership with hands-on technical input, driving architecture decisions, delivery outcomes and team performance. French fluency is mandatory and English communication is required, in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

Significant experience in engineering leadership roles.
Strong software engineering background with modern stacks.
Experience balancing technical depth with people leadership.
Fluent French required; strong English communication.
Able to work autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the engineering roadmap aligned with product priorities.
Lead, mentor and unblock engineers; set priorities.
Make architectural and technical decisions focusing on scalability and reliability.
Lead complex projects from planning through execution.
Collaborate with product, sales and business stakeholders to translate priorities into objectives.
Improve engineering processes and delivery quality as the company scales.
Contribute hands-on when deeper technical input is needed.
