Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities, or Technology teams in a large global enterprise.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, SOPs, process documentation, and executive presentations.
• Understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises, including governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting project management, change management, process improvement, or operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and track deliverables.
• Create and maintain roles, responsibilities, and workflows documentation for internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and program standards.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings communicating project status and KPIs.
