Job summary

Action1 is seeking a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for Executive Reporting. You will combine leadership with hands-on expertise to help customers understand patching and vulnerability trends through reliable reports and dashboards.

You will guide technical decisions, own automated reporting pipelines, and collaborate with Product, Security, and EVP to ensure data accuracy, performance, and secure access at scale. This is a fully remote role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery/production systems.
• Strong fundamentals and problem-solving in software.
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and feedback.
• Own delivery outcomes within scope with capacity planning and prioritization.
• Define priorities with Product Management and EVP for executive reporting capabilities.
• Guide architectural and security decisions across domain; coordinate with owners.
• Establish metrics definitions, data freshness, and handling of missing data.
