Job summary

Remote Raven in the United States seeks a highly senior engineer to own the codebase and delivery roadmap for a live reporting platform. You’ll write production React and Node, set engineering standards, review PRs, and unblock teammates, with no HR overhead.

This hybrid role requires deep technical leadership, architecture decisions, and direct collaboration with product leadership to translate goals into phased milestones; you’ll own scheduling and feature scope.

Qualifications

• Guide product roadmap timeline and deliver phased milestones.
• Lead sprint and release planning with a balance of debt and features.
• Define feature scope with product leadership and technical boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and architect core systems behind the live dashboard and extensions.
• Set engineering standards and lead PR reviews to ensure code quality.
• Mentor teammates and unblock developers to keep momentum.
• Build user-facing features like saved reports, PDF export, and scheduling.
• Integrate data pipelines from Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Ads with normalization.
