Responsibilities

• Run technical review: design decisions, trade-offs, and what gets rejected.
• Own delivery quality, release readiness and the incident response habit.
• Manage, develop and give direct feedback to engineers on the team.
• Translate client constraints into an engineering plan with explicit decision gates.
