Job summary

Belto Inc. is seeking a fully remote Manager for Belto Software Services.

You will lead the software services pipeline from qualification through signature, translating technical delivery capability into a compelling commercial case and coordinating proposals with engineering leads. You will maintain relationships through delivery to drive expansion, keep forecasting and CRM hygiene, and operate within a distributed, asynchronous team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to technical buyers.
• Ability to read a technical proposal critically before it goes out.
• Negotiation within defined commercial policy.
• Consistency in a distributed, asynchronous team.
• Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.

Responsibilities

• Run the software services pipeline from qualification to signature.
• Translate technical delivery capability into a commercial case a buyer can defend internally.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering leads and keep scope and price aligned.
• Maintain relationships through delivery so expansion is earned, not pitched.
• Keep forecasting and CRM hygiene to the divisional standard.
