Job summary

BELTO Inc. is a fully remote mid-level DevOps engineer role with a distributed team dedicated to scalable, secure delivery. You will manage the deployment path from commit to production and contribute reusable infrastructure components for cross-team use.

The ideal candidate has Kubernetes experience, Terraform-based IaC, strong Linux and networking fundamentals, and a preference for simplifying complex systems. Stanford or Harvard degree is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Production experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent.
• Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Preference for removing complexity rather than wrapping it.
• Must be enrolled at or hold a degree from Stanford or Harvard University.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the deployment path from commit to production.
• Provide reusable infrastructure modules and templates other teams can adopt safely.
• Own observability standards: structured logs, metrics, traces and alert quality.
• Reduce environment drift and manual steps wherever they appear.
