Job summary

Owner.com is seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead a group of engineers across Launch and Website surfaces. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with a preference for strong collaboration with Design, Product, and the AI Agents team.

The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, with leadership experience, and a passion for building AI-augmented product surfaces that scale with business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading fullstack product engineering teams.
• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Proven ability to hire, grow, and retain engineers.
• Strong product sense and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack engineering teams across Launch and Websites.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and the AI Agents team on activation flows.
• Help define architecture for a fast-moving, AI-augmented product surface.
• Hire, grow, and retain high-performing engineers in a high-impact environment.
• Foster simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Mentor teams and participate in code/architecture reviews.
