Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in leadership or management.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as both people manager and technical lead on enterprise AI initiatives.
- Design and implement agentic and LLM-based systems.
- Mentor AI engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
- Manage AI token and compute budgets for cost efficiency.
- Set standards for prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation of AI systems.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle including testing, security, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security in all AI projects.
- Foster career development and training opportunities within the team.
