Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in leadership or management.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as both people manager and technical lead on enterprise AI initiatives.
• Design and implement agentic and LLM-based systems.
• Mentor AI engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
• Manage AI token and compute budgets for cost efficiency.
• Set standards for prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation of AI systems.
• Oversee full software development lifecycle including testing, security, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security in all AI projects.
• Foster career development and training opportunities within the team.
