Job summary

Relo Metrics is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Core and Growth engineering squads. You will oversee day-to-day management, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery in a high-performance environment. The role is remote, with a preference for proximity to Dallas, TX.

You will partner with Product and Analytics teams, drive hiring processes, and guide technical design and feature scoping. Strong Python/AWS, CV/Data Analysis experience, and distributed team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience (1–2+ years) leading technology teams.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Software Engineering or AI/ML experience.
• Familiarity with Computer Vision, Data Analysis, or platform scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two engineering squads (Core and Growth).
• Drive engineering recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Product Management to scope features and align with business goals.
• Improve engineering workflows to boost efficiency and velocity.
• Contribute to codebase when needed to unblock milestones.
• Champion AI-driven workflow adoption across the org.
