Job summary

DoiT is hiring an Engineering Manager - Analytics to lead a global, remote engineering team. You will be hands-on and coach-mentoring while guiding architecture and delivery for analytics-focused cloud services.

You will collaborate with product, design, and GTM to drive measurable impact, with a strong emphasis on AI-augmented workflows and scalable systems across regions including US, UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with hands-on coding in leadership roles.
• Experience building cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• API-first mindset with emphasis on scalable, well-documented services.
• Strong SQL/BigQuery background and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of improving delivery velocity and technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development.
• Drive architectural and technical design decisions with senior ICs.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and releases.
• Build and mentor a high-impact engineering management bench.
• Partner with product to align roadmap with business objectives.
• Communicate clearly up, down, and across teams.
