Job summary

Radiant is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core software teams. You will grow engineers, drive delivery of complex distributed systems, and uphold engineering excellence. You will partner with Product, Principal Engineers, and broader infrastructure groups to enable AI-powered platforms at scale.

You will manage a high-performing, delivery-focused team in a fully remote, international environment, ensuring security, reliability, and continuous improvement across releases.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering background.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
Experience delivering distributed or cloud-native systems.
Comfort working in high-growth, evolving environments.
Strong communication and alignment skills.
