Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT design, development, and support with end‑to‑end enterprise application delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership including distributed onshore/offshore models and mentorship.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft development tools and languages (.NET) across multiple software disciplines.
• Extensive experience with cloud‑native architecture and Azure delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools, including LLMs and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage onshore and offshore engineers delivering healthcare platforms and digital products.
• Perform hands‑on solution architecture and design for complex distributed systems.
• Drive engineering practices: code quality, reviews, testing discipline, CI/CD, release management.
• Champion AI‑assisted engineering by embedding LLMs, AI tooling, and automation into workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders from requirements discovery through deployment and operational support.
• Guide technology planning and investment to align with roadmaps and enterprise standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across facilities and levels.
• Ensure security and data integrity for PCI and HIPAA objectives.
