• Hands‑on AI‑assisted engineering tools and practices, including LLM tooling and automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and manage onshore and offshore engineers delivering healthcare platforms and digital products.
• Perform hands‑on solution architecture and design for complex distributed systems; participate in reviews.
• Drive engineering practices: code quality, reviews, testing discipline, CI/CD, release management.
• Champion AI‑assisted engineering by embedding AI tooling into design, build, test, and release workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders from requirements through deployment and support to deliver outcomes.
• Guide technology planning and investment decisions; align platform solutions to roadmaps.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership across levels.
• Ensure security and data integrity for PCI and HIPAA objectives.
