Job summary

Talkiatry is hiring a Staff AI Enablement Engineer to define and drive how generative AI and automation are used across our engineering organization. This is a builder's role—designing and shipping automations and agents to empower engineering teams.

You will embed AI practices, tools, and infrastructure into day-to-day work and partner with product leaders to modernize workflows. You will own the AI enablement roadmap end-to-end, pilot AI coding assistants, and measure impact across teams,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with shipping production systems.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems (prompt engineering, context/tool design).
• Experience with modern AI coding assistants and agentic dev tools and a clear POV on their value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive how generative AI and automation are used across the engineering org.
• Design automation agents and tooling to reduce toil for engineering teams.
• Own AI enablement roadmap end-to-end and measure impact.
• Evaluate AI coding assistants and agentic tools and drive adoption.
