Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. seeks a strategic Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate ongoing AI initiatives into a single governed program.

You will lead a mixed team, including non-technical staff, to prototype generative AI agents, automation tooling, and safe deployment practices across the company. You will design the enablement framework, drive adoption, establish guardrails with Legal/HR/IT, and measure impact through weekly scorecards while guiding the organization

Qualifications

• Track record of building and shipping agentic AI systems, automations or LLM-powered tools used by non-technical users
• Scripting or coding ability to prototype and integrate via APIs
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills with both engineers and non-technical teams
• Experience turning AI pilots into a governed, scalable platform across a business
• Experience establishing governance, responsible‑AI or data handling policies

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI capabilities: prototypes, agents, evaluation frameworks, and deployment tooling for non-engineers
• Redesign core workflows to leverage AI possibilities in partnership with operating teams
• Own the AI scorecard: publish weekly results, track targets, and explain changes
• Decide tooling stack among models, platforms and vendors while establishing guardrails
• Manage the use‑case pipeline from intake to rollout and retirement of initiatives
• Ensure quality of output by validating sources and re-testing after updates
• Care for the team with scorecards and quarterly rollout decisions
