Job summary

Electric Mind is seeking an AI Enablement Senior Engineer to coach multiple client teams in adopting AI within the software delivery lifecycle. You will mentor developers, quality engineers, and other technical staff on best practices for AI-enabled delivery, testing, and collaboration.

You will guide teams through AI tooling, prompt engineering, and integration workflows while escalating blockers and contributing to a robust AI knowledge base and playbooks.

Qualifications

Experience delivering software across multiple tech stacks using industry best practices.
Knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools, agents, and prompt engineering.
Ability to lead hands-on enablement sessions with technical staff.
Strong communication to coach engineers skeptical of AI-generated output.
Familiarity with integrating AI into Software Delivery Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Mentor client teams on validating AI-generated plans and code against outcomes.
Coach teams to prioritize delivery over AI skill changes mid-project.
Support creation of AI knowledge base and guidance artifacts.
Set up AI-enabled project environments and tooling.
Escalate blockers to the AI Enablement Technical Lead.
Document friction findings from AI-enabled delivery.
