Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking an Engagement Manager to support growth of Fresh Connect Central (FCC) by managing accounts, developing opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to align FCC offerings with customer needs and drive growth within the food banking network.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CRM proficiency, and strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food distribution required.
• Advanced knowledge of the food banking industry desired.
• Prior sales and account management experience desired.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred, with ability to create, analyze, and present reports.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations desired.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute account plans to meet sales, growth, and retention goals.
• Engage active, inactive, and prospective customers to identify opportunities and connect them with FCC products.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the food banking network and beyond.
• Collaborate with the Quote Specialist to develop quotes and proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate within guidelines, and secure commitments.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quote Specialist to communicate requirements and track orders.
• Visit customer locations to analyze operations and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote FCC offerings at conferences, events, and webinars.
• Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts in the CRM system.
