Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role involving phone-based outreach, intake, admissions, scheduling, or engagement.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients seeking treatment.
• Make outbound calls to referred individuals, building rapport and sharing information about Recover's services.
• Follow up with prospective clients who need additional outreach or who are awaiting insurance enrollment.
• Verify insurance status using verification portals and guide enrollment documents.
• Schedule initial appointments based on client preferences for timing, provider, and format.
