Recover Medical Group is hiring a fully remote Engagement Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for people seeking addiction treatment and mental healthcare. You will handle inbound calls, perform outbound outreach, and guide clients from referral to their first appointment.

The role emphasizes organized, empathetic communication, enrollment support, and scheduling, with reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate with diverse clients.
• At least 1 year in a client-facing role involving phone outreach or intake.
• Familiarity with healthcare settings and processes.
• Strong communication skills and rapport-building ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and outbound outreach.
• Explain Recover's services and guide enrollment and scheduling.
• Verify insurance status and manage client records in the EHR.
• Provide warm hand-offs to other resources when ineligible.
• Schedule initial appointments based on client preferences.
