Senture, LLC is hiring a Bilingual Spanish/English Member Engagement Coordinator to work from home in the United States. The MEC will engage members, explain benefits of free in-home and virtual health evaluations, answer questions, and schedule appointments with licensed providers using scripts and an auto-dialer.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, sales targets, compliance with HIPAA, and a fixed daily schedule.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish (read, write, and conversation).
• Desire to work in a results-driven outbound call center environment.
• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly incentives.
• Motivated to achieve productivity goals with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills, friendly and conversational with members.
• Ability to follow a fixed daily schedule, comply with feedback, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems.
• Previous experience in high-volume call centers and with auto-dialers is highly desirable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Connect: Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer system to offer and schedule free evaluations.
• Engage Members: Use scripts to ensure consistent communication about scheduling health evaluations.
• Be Persuasive: Overcome objections and guide prospects toward a yes without being pushy.
• Tech Savvy: Schedule providers across in-home or virtual evaluations using multiple systems.
• Adaptable: Reschedule or cancel appointments as requested.
• Goal-Focused: Meet daily performance metrics (appointments, calls, handle time, productivity).
• Flexible: Available for overtime when needed.
• Be Part of a Team: Participate in peer coaching as needed.
• Compliant: Follow HIPAA guidelines and report concerns.
