Job summary

EVCS is seeking a Manager, Energy & Utilities to be the single point of contact with utility companies across our charging network. You will own interconnections, rate optimization, billing audits, and tariff advocacy to ensure EVCS secures the best possible rates and program benefits.

The role requires negotiating with utility teams and analyzing complex tariff sheets to drive cost reductions and energy savings at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in energy management or utility operations, preferably with regulated electric utilities.
• Deep knowledge of commercial/industrial utility rate structures and demand charges.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility relationships across EVCS network, coordinating with utility key account teams.
• Analyze tariff schedules and model financial impacts to optimize rate structures and costs.
• Audit utility invoices, maintain accounts databases, and build energy dashboards for leadership.
