Job summary

Terawatt Infrastructure seeks a Senior Energy and Utilities Manager to lead utility engagement across the full development lifecycle of its energy and charging projects. You will serve as a primary SME, coordinating with Real Estate, Development, Construction, and Business Development to align feasibility, design, budgeting, and energization.

The role requires 5+ years with electrical utilities, strong project leadership, and a track record in interconnection and budget management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with electrical utilities in major US metro areas.
Experience managing a portfolio of 10+ concurrent, complex projects.
Understanding of utility distribution, sub-transmission infrastructure and electrical design standards.
Experience with the complete utility coordination process, from load study to energization.
Strategic thinking with ability to execute schedules, contracts, initiatives, and team objectives.

Responsibilities

Own primary point of contact for utility-related matters across projects.
Develop and execute utility engagement strategies throughout development.
Create project schedules, forecasts, and coordinating with Real Estate, Development and Construction teams.
Negotiate utility agreements and manage relationships with providers.
Guide engineering and construction timelines to align energization and interconnection.
