CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Utility & Energy to build and execute our U.S. utility engagement strategy and oversee power access initiatives for rapid expansion.

You will coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage utility relationships, timelines, and interconnection efforts across markets. The role requires 6–10+ years in utilities or energy infrastructure, strong negotiation skills for ESAs, and a proven ability to translate technical and commercial needs into

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in utilities, energy infrastructure, grid operations, or large-scale power customers.
• Working knowledge of utility service, transmission and distribution systems, and interconnection processes.
• Experience interacting with utilities in a professional or commercial capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple utility engagements simultaneously.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day utility engagement strategy and coordinate power access efforts.
• Negotiate Electric Service Agreements (ESAs) and coordinate ESA terms with internal teams.
• Track timelines, requirements, risks, and costs for power delivery across CoreWeave sites.
• Collaborate with data center development, engineering, legal, sustainability, and policy teams to assess power feasibility and market expansion.
