Terawatt Infrastructure seeks a Senior Energy and Utilities Manager to lead utility engagement strategies across development lifecycles for AV/EV charging projects in the US. You will coordinate with Real Estate, Development, Construction and Business Development teams, owning budgets, schedules and energization designs.

The role requires 5+ years with electrical utilities, a strong network across US utilities, and experience in budgeting, contracts, and interconnection planning.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with electrical utilities in major US metro areas.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of 10+ concurrent, complex projects.
• Understanding of utility distribution, sub-transmission infrastructure and electrical design standards.
• Experience with the utility coordination process from load study to energization.
• Strategic thinking on business, operations, and technical challenges; capable of executing schedules and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all utility-related matters.
• Inform energy and energization strategy with Real Estate, Development, Construction, and Business Development teams.
• Identify, hire, and manage utility consultants as needed for projects.
• Engage utility providers during site evaluation to assess infrastructure availability and costs.
• Own project milestones, schedules, and energization designs.
• Create project budgets, forecasts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute utility agreements and contracts.
