Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities and oversee project work across departments.
• Maintain cost control ledger, job cost statements, and billing processes.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system; prepare bid packages and evaluate bids.
• Collaborate with engineering, accounting, and legal teams on scopes of work.
• Manage risk, reporting, and communication with owners and stakeholders.
