Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a remote Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead a single project from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate across engineering, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and legal teams to set up LNTPs, create bid packages, and manage cost forecasting. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in energy storage construction, strong knowledge of plans and specs, and proven ability to manage teams in a remote environment while maintaining schedule integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of energy storage construction experience.
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
• Field experience (5-8 years) as Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Leadership and remote-team coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for energy storage projects.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Prepare billings and expedite payments.
• Set up and maintain CMiC project system.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate bids.
• Review plans for completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise and train Preconstruction Engineers and clerical staff.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams on contract scopes.
