Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Rep N to join the Rexel Energy Solutions team as a remote role based in Austin, TX. The position focuses on developing high-quality relationships with new and existing customers to increase profitable sales through product demonstrations and tailored solutions.

You will use company tools, collaborate with suppliers, and drive sales while delivering top-tier customer service and market insights. Requires 3+ years in sales and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products; communicate features and benefits.
• Grow business by acquiring new customers and selling to existing ones.
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection using knowledge and internal resources.
• Maintain customer relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Coordinate sales calls with vendors and provide ongoing communication throughout purchasing lifecycle.
• Resolve payment issues with management, credit, and customers.
• Report market and competitor information to management.
