Job summary

Navigate Power, a leading energy solutions provider, seeks a driven sales broker focused on commercial and industrial clients. This remote role offers uncapped commissions and access to a broad supplier network, empowering you to close deals across energy procurement, solar, EV chargers, and storage solutions.

You will build a client book, advise on procurement and sustainability goals, and operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with extensive training and support from Navigate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ sales experience (preferably) in the B2B field with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Energy consulting, procurement, or related fields experience is preferred.
• Having an established book of business is a plus.
• Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition.
• Comfort working independently and driving your own success without extensive supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and nurturing client relationships.
• Consult & Advise: use proven strategies to understand client needs and deliver tailored energy solutions.
• Build Trust: present compelling proposals, manage expectations, and deliver on promises for long-term partnerships.
