Maloney Associates LTD is a growing energy, carbon and sustainability consultancy offering remote work and a structured training program. We are seeking a motivated Energy Project Administrator to join our team, supporting delivery of services to a varied portfolio of clients.

You will handle data, invoices and reports, develop your knowledge in energy procurement and compliance, and grow into a long-term career within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Check and process utility invoices for gas, electricity and water.
• Liaise with utility suppliers and clients to resolve queries.
• Maintain client records, contracts and utility account information.
• Support energy procurement activities and contract administration.
• Conduct historical bill validation and identify cost savings.
• Produce regular client reports using consumption and billing data.
• Assist with data collection for compliance and sustainability reporting.
• Assist with energy account management across a diverse client portfolio.
• Provide administrative support to consultants and delivery team.
• Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System administration.
• Assist with internal quality procedures, audits and compliance.
• Support delivery of energy, carbon and sustainability projects.
• Undertake additional admin tasks to support growth.
