Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager I for a remote opportunity in the United States. You will manage rebate programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support invoicing and reporting to drive successful energy-efficiency projects.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and solid Microsoft Office skills. This role requires collaboration with utilities, contractors, and clients while aligning with project milestones and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, environmental studies, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience in project coordination, consulting support, or program administration.
• Experience supporting activities within defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams or external stakeholders to gather information and support deliverables.
• Proficiency in professional written and verbal communication, including presentations or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver rebate program projects to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Develop work plans, milestones, and deadlines; track progress and ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor rebate application queues to ensure accurate processing.
• Escalate challenges and risks to Senior PMs or Directors as appropriate.
• Prepare invoicing and monthly reporting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate status updates to internal leadership and external clients.
