Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Products & Services Coordinator to support the EnergyWise Home program within the Demand Operations Center (DOC). You will handle calls, verify information, qualify enrollments, and document Field Service Requests.

You will coordinate scheduling with field advisors and contractors while maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction. Preferred candidates have call center experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and knowledge of Salesforce or C4C.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Enrollment and inquiries.
• Verify customer and premise information; qualify for enrollment; document enrollments.
• Create and track Field Service Requests (FSRs) and schedule in-home appointments; coordinate with field teams.
• Troubleshoot device/service issues and maintain audit-ready records.
