You will handle enrollment, verify information, create and track Field Service Requests, and schedule in-home appointments with field advisors and contractors to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Remote work allowed within footprint after onboarding.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum 2 years' related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for enrollment and program inquiries.
• Create, document, and track Field Service Requests and schedule in-home appointments.
• Escalate exceptions and maintain audit-ready records across systems.
