Duke Energy is seeking a Products & Services Coordinator to support the EnergyWise Home program as part of the Demand Operations Center. You will handle customer calls, verify details, qualify enrollments, and document Field Service Requests across multiple systems.

You will schedule in-home appointments, coordinate with field staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure audit-ready records for compliance and reporting. Remote work is available after onboarding, with placement within footprint states.

Competenze

• Basic/Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED; Minimum 2 years’ related work experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Call center experience; Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly desirable; Understand Duke Energy's Customer Information Systems (Salesforce and C4C).
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems quickly and accurately while communicating with customers and meeting performance expectations.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the EnergyWise Home program; verify customer and premise information, qualify customers for enrollment, and complete enrollments.
• Create, document, and track Field Service Requests (FSRs) and schedule in-home appointments; coordinate with field advisors and installation contractors.
• Troubleshoot device and service issues; apply program rules; escalate exceptions; maintain audit-ready records across systems for compliance and reporting.
• Participate in DOC team projects and system testing; support community outreach events; provide storm recovery support as assigned.
• Handle general administrative tasks and maintain procedures and daily tracking.
